National Forum of PLHA Networks in Uganda - Annual General Assembly
The National Forum of People Living with HIV/AIDS Networks in Uganda (NAFOPHANU) informs its membership and partners that the 2009/2010 general assembly will be held on Friday 17th September 2010 at starting 8:30AM at Green Valley Hotel, Gaba Rd, Kampala. This meeting will be attended by district coordinators and chairpersons from 80 districts that existed as of 30th March 2009; ten selected representatives of national PLHIV net works, donors and partners.
Reporting:
District coordinators and chairpersons will report on Thursday16th September 2010 at 3:00 pm at the Hotel. Other participants will be non residents and will report on Friday 17th September 2010.

- National anthem
- Opening prayer
- Adoption of the agenda
- Communication from the chair
- Remarks from partners
- Review, approval of previous AGM minutes and Matters arising
- Receive the Annual Report 2009;
- Presentation of the annual work plan 2010/11;
- Receive Audited Accounts for 2009;
- Election of a new Board of Directors
- Closure
- Adjourn.
